Dear Mr. Dormandi:

Mr. Gingrich has turned over to us your three stories and we want to apologize for their having been held so long. Please accept our apologies and we assure you that is was not through lack of interest in your stories but due to organizational problems that we have held your material so long.

We find all three ot these pieces extremely charming, but in essence they are rather slight for us. Then too, there is little sense ot climax in them so that, perhaps, for an American audience they lack excitement.

Thank you, however, for your kindness in letting us see these pieces and for your patience in letting us hold them so long. We hope you have not been inconvenienced by the delay in returning these to you.

With best wishes,

Sincerely,

Francesca Morris
