Dear Mr. Dormandi :

If you are going to move your headquarters from Budapest to Paris, there is one very important matter which must have your attention first, and that’s your accounts.

I am going to try to be sympathetic and see how this thing works out, but of one thing I must be assured or I will not approve the idea at all, and that’s your accounts. The accounts have to be straightened out. They are not in a satisfactory condition now and I am not going to permit another three or six months to run along and then at the end of the year find ourselves all mixed up. I ask that you borrow the money somehow and pay up those overdue accounts.

If you cannot arrange to get the accounts balanced, then I will not approve the move from Budapest to Paris. I will have to get somebody else to step in and run the job for us.

There have been too many mix-ups in your accounts to satisfy me and I want everything balanced. That’s reasonable and fair. Please see that it is done.

Sincerely yours,

John A. Brogen, Jr.
